How long does delivery take?
U.S. orders usually arrive in 5–7 business days after shipping. During holidays or drops, it can take a little longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We’re currently shipping within the U.S. only, but international shipping is on our radar for the future.
💛 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How do I start a return?
Email bananawestco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address.
Are returns free?
At the moment, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item for another size or style?
Yes! As long as the item you want is in stock, we’ll happily process an exchange.

Each product page includes a sizing guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Most pieces are machine washable in cold water — but always check the tag for details.
