Here’s how we handle shipping, processing, and returns.
📦 Shipping
Processing Time:
Most orders ship within 4-6 business days. During drops or holidays, it may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Options:
Standard U.S. shipping is available at checkout. You’ll see delivery estimates and carrier options before you confirm your order.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
International Orders:
We currently ship within the U.S. only
💛 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to fix it.
Return Window:
You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Final-sale and clearance pieces aren’t eligible for return.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at bananawestco@gmail.com with your order number and what’s up — we’ll send you simple return instructions.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Exchanges:
Want a different size or style? Let us know in your return email — we’ll set it up if the item is in stock.
🧺 Damaged or Wrong Items
Mistakes happen (rarely, but still). If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us ASAP at bananawestco@gmail.com — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.
Do you offer free returns?
At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Do you accept international orders?
Not yet, but we’re working on it!
How will I know my return was received?
We’ll email you as soon as your return is processed and your refund or exchange is on the way.
